For almost a decade, I’ve worked in fast-moving industries, building, managing, and owning multi-site operations. I know first-hand how difficult growth can become when systems begin to crack, teams become stretched, and the business starts relying too heavily on the owner.

My Story
I left school at 17 and went straight into work, learning management and leadership the hard way, on the shop floor, in the kitchen, and during the long nights making sure teams delivered.
By 23, I was running and owning multiple franchise locations, overseeing teams, profit margins, and operations. That experience taught me what really drives growth: systems, people, and clarity.
When my own businesses reached maturity, I realised my real passion wasn’t just in running stores, it was in building and improving them.
That’s when Ben Evans Consultancy was born: a way to use everything I’ve learned to help other ambitious business owners scale smarter, faster, and more sustainably.
